SWEET DREAMS, KITTY!

Baby Cat has been pretty busy lately with starting her new job and keeping up with weekly updates for Dream Design, but this project just seemed perfect for Laughing Cat!

One of Baby Cat's friends showed her the pattern for this adorable cat igloo, so she decided to make one.

The only problem is, our kitty doesn't seem to know how to use it. He hasn't gone inside even once, but prefers to sleep right next to it.

Funny kitty!
We have tried reverse psychology to make him want to go inside by pretending it's not for him, but he doesn't seem convinced. Oh, well, maybe someday he'll try it.

  1. I think he's just being stubborn! It's a lovely bed, and looks like it would be a very cozy place to curl up in. I'll bet he sleeps in it when you're not home - he just doesn't want to to give you the satisfaction of seeing him enjoy it. :)

    1. Thanks! It now has a dent in the side because he has started sleeping against it. I take that as a sign that he likes it a little bit. Maybe sleeping inside will be his next step.

  2. Have you tried putting his favorite treat inside? :-) What a cute cat igloo! It's really adorable, and it's perfect for this blog! :-D xo Jennifer

    1. That's a good idea, I should try it! He doesn't really do treats but maybe a little piece of food would work. Thanks!

  3. Baby Cat,

Chester is like every other cat! They sleep wherever you DON'T want them to sleep! Don't worry, he'll probably try it when he feels comfortable with it being there! Cats are so weird!

    1. I know, I told him it wasn't for him but it seems he's too smart for reverse psychology. He's starting to sleep closer and closer to it so I think he is slowly figuring it out.
